The why behind The Club
Moms need to be in community because research shows 90% of pregnant or new moms feel lonely. That is a huge number that I hope we can change. The Club is a space for mom’s to unite together on the common ground of being active through weighted workouts for the health of mama and baby. A space where the focus isn’t weight loss although that will come as a wonderful bi-product.
I know the importance of moving your body. A weighted workout not only makes you feel good physically but also mentally. Resources for pregnancy and postpartum workouts are also little to non-existent. Doctors tell you to stay active a minimum 30 minutes a day but don’t give you the how-to in a safe and effective way. The Club will give you the structure and clarity that you need for your workouts, all while being part of a supportive community of women that are on a similar journey.
